Capstone Management Company corporate office is located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Capstone is the Property Management Division of The Carroll Companies, a developer of multi-family residential communities in the Southeast.

The President of Capstone and The Carroll Companies as well as Old South Homes, had a vision to develop owner-managed apartment communities, which feature custom floor plans, a range of amenities including pool, fitness center, cyber cafe, multi media theaters, tennis courts and garages. The plans include marketing the apartments at an affordable price and to offer premier service to our customers.

Capstone Management currently has 14 multi-family sites open or under construction consisting of nearly 5,000 apartment homes. Our communities are located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston- Salem, Asheville, Durham, Fayetteville North Carolina , and Myrtle Beach, Greenville, Charleston, Fort Mill and Columbia South Carolina. Capstone expects the announcement of four new communities in 2007 including Bolton Landing and Cobblestone Village in Charleston, SC. Bromley Village in Fort Mill SC and Alaris Village in Winston Salem, NC.

The Carroll Companies long-range goal is to add 10,000 apartment homes to the Southeastern U.S. market in the next five years.
