Capstone Management Company corporate office is located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Capstone is the Property Management Division of The Carroll Companies, a developer of multi-family residential communities in the Southeast.

The President of Capstone Management Company, The Carroll Companies, as well as Old South Home Company, had a vision to develop owner-managed apartment communities, which feature custom floor plans with a range of amenities including: pools, fitness centers, cyber cafés, multi media theaters, tennis courts and garages. We market our apartments at an affordable price and offer premier service to our customers.

Capstone Management currently has 26 multi-family sites open or under construction consisting of over 8,000 apartment homes. Our North Carolina communities are located in the following cities: Asheville, Durham, Fayetteville, Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem. Our South Carolina communities are located in the following cities: Charleston, Columbia, Fort Mill, Lexington, Greenville, and Myrtle Beach. Capstone expects the announcement of ten new communities in 2008 NC and SC markets.

The Carroll Companies long-range goal is to add an additional 10,000 apartment homes to the Southeastern U.S. market in the next three years.
